Victor 0781-0528 SR450D-580 Professional Single Stage Regulator is recommended for applications where slight delivery pressure increases (due to decreasing cylinder pressures) would not affect the performance characteristics of the work or test results. The SR450 regulators are designed for heavy duty applications and for larger cylinders. This single stage regulator features a brass adjusting screw with a forged T-handle, a Delrin insert bushing for durability and easier adjusting, a stainless steel diaphragm which gives accurate long lasting service, a stem-type seat mechanism inlet pressure aids in sealing, a stainless ball in key for easy adjustment, an adjusting spring pretested for quality assurance, a die-forged brass body for extra strength, and a precision machined nozzle for optimum flow control. The additional features are external self reseating relief valve, a sintered inlet filter, and regulators will deliver. There is a delivery range in PSIG of 5-125. The gauge range inlet is 4,000 and outlet of 200. The CGA inlet connection is 580 and outlet connection of 5/8 inch - 18 F LH. The Maximum inlet pressure in PSIG is 3,000 and the flow coefficient in Cv of 0.27.
