It does not contain any CFC blowing agents and has a closed-cell structure that resists water absorption for many years. Once cured, the urethane flotation foam stays intact against solvents, oil, gasoline, fresh or salt water, and features a 95%–98% closed-cell structure with a 4-lb density.
- ✅ Easy to Mix & Apply: Just mix at a simple 1:1 ratio to ensure even distribution and the strongest foam possible. This fast-acting formula allows about twenty seconds for mixing and pouring, and the foam sets in place within 10 minutes. It’s fully cured and ready for use in just a few hours.
- ✅ Excellent Insulation & Soundproofing: The high-density foam protects boat pipes in colder temperatures and blocks sound, making it ideal for filling dock floats or boat parts for soundproofing and insulation.
- ✅ Various Applications: Ideal for casting, carving, sculpture, plug making, sign making, flotation for boats and buoys, floating decoys, part fabrication, replicating wooden parts, rigidifying, structural support and more.
- ✅ Versatile & Adaptable: This 2-part liquid pour-foam system can be poured in multiple layers with excellent bonding between them. Once fully cured, the foam can be coated with polyester, epoxy, or vinyl ester resins without melting. Shaping is easy once cured.
