The Cooper-Atkins 35140 AquaTuff Wrap&Stow dual-scale digital type-K thermocouple temperature sensor measures temperatures from -100 to +500 degrees F (-73 to +260 degrees C), and has a 1mm reduced tip probe and reinforced cable. This system has an accuracy of + or - 0.9 degrees F (0.5 degrees C). Its probe measures 3.5" and has a 1mm tip for reduced impact. The 0.5" high LCD screen displays temperature readings. The unit operates on two AAA batteries, and turns off automatically after 10 minutes of non-use to conserve battery life. The probe's reinforced cable wraps around sensor unit for storage. It is Ingress Protection certified IPX7 for protection against immersion in water up to 1m.
